How do I integrate Purchase Button Marketplace with my existing store?

You absolutely do not have to integrate anything. However, if you would like to, you can import your existing products to Purchase Button Marketplace through Merchant Dashboard.

How can I track orders of my customers?

You can track and modify orders from your customers through Merchant Dashboard.

How do I get paid?

Purchase Button will send the collected money to the given bank account each week after commissions are deducted.

Are you featuring merchants?

As of the moment, we are not featuring any merchants.

Can more than one merchant sell at the same web page?

Unfortunately, not. You can sell your merchandise on the web pages that belong to you or social media accounts that belong to you.

How do I register as a member?

You can register as a Purchase Button member on our member registration page.

How do I login to member dashboard?

You can either login through Purchase Button extension or through our sign in page.

How can I delete my account?

We’re sad to see you go, but please email us at info@purchasebutton.com to delete your account.

How can I deactive my account?

If you just want to pause your account temporarily, please email us at info@purchasebutton.com to deactivate your account.

How many credit/debit cards can I add to my account?

You can add as many as credit/debit cards to your accounts as long as you are the owner of the cards you have added.

Do I have to add credit/debit cards to use Purchase Button?

You do not! You can enter your card number each time you make a purchase through Purchase Button extension. Purchase Button's vaulting system is optional by default and is made to make purchases faster.

How do I manage my shipping addresses?

You can manage your shipping addresses on your profile settings.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password through your your profile settings.

Orders

How do I track my orders?

You can track your orders on the member dashboard. If you click on the name of the products you have purchased, you will see the order detail page.

How do I know if my order is successful?

You can either check your order immediately through the member dashboard or check your e-mail inbox to see a receipt from Purchase Button.

What if the product runs out?

Purchase Button extension will let you know that the product is out of stock. You will be able to place a pre-order.

What happends when I pre-order?

Merchant selling the specific product you have pre-ordered will be notified through e-mail and the merchant dashboard. If the merchant updates the stocks, we will notify you by e-mail.

My item has not arrived and it's already late. What do I do?

Please contact us at info@purchasebutton.com so we can review your case and contact the merchant. You will be issued a full refund if merchant failed to ship your purchase.
